For specific tasks requiring external data (like live currency conversions), we only transmit the minimum necessary cell values—such as a date—to fulfill the request. We never send your full dataset or sensitive information to external servers.

There is a limit to how many times a colleague can use your link, which varies based on your specific plan (see our Pricing page for details). Once they reach this limit, they will need to create their own account; from there, they can copy your flow and edit it within their own workspace.
Note: When you share a flow via a link, the recipient does not have editing rights—they can only process files. This ensures colleagues won’t accidentally break your original flow.
